1. A detailed market report giving you a general overview of the current market conditions in the GTA, plus all of the most up to date statistics, average prices, number of homes currently for sale, and much, much more! Plus, if you have an Oakville home, you will also get a detailed report on the current conditions of the Oakville Real Estate market.
2. The full MLS listings (including the address, asking price, photos, property details, days on market, ect.) of all of the houses that are currently available FOR SALE, that are similar to your home, and that your house would be competing against if it were on the market today.
3. You will also receive the Full MLS listing (including the address, the SOLD price, SOLD date, photos, property details,  number of days it took to sell, etc.) of the last six homes that have SOLD most recently, in the area that your home is located, and that are the most similar to your house.

Once you receive your CMA, simply compare your home, to the houses in the CMA, and you can come up with a reasonably close estimation of what your home would likely sell for, based on all of the most recent sales activity.
